By accessing or using the Process First-Network platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Process First-Network provides operational consulting, process optimization, and transformation services to executive founders and businesses. Our services include:

• Process Maturity Assessments (Chaos Scan)
• Process documentation and optimization (Process Rescue)
• Full operational transformation programs
• Strategy consultations and advisory services
• Access to our Expert Network

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Cooperate with our team during service delivery
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are as specified in your service agreement. Payment is required before service delivery begins unless alternative arrangements have been made. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy or service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks (including the Unified Magic umm), and materials provided by PFN remain our intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use these materials for your internal business purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. All client engagements are covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

7. Limitation of Liability

PFN provides consulting and advisory services. We are not liable for business outcomes, implementation results, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using any PFN materials and return or destroy confidential information.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PFN operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
