What are your payment terms and contracts like?
Chaos Scan requires full payment upfront. Process Rescue typically uses a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion. Full Transformation uses quarterly billing with a 6-month minimum commitment. All engagements include clear scope documentation and milestone-based deliverables.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. For Chaos Scan, if you're not satisfied with the insights and roadmap, we offer a full refund. For Process Rescue and Full Transformation, we have milestone-based satisfaction checkpoints and will make adjustments or issue partial refunds if mutually agreed-upon outcomes aren't met.
Do you offer customized service agreements?

What's your cancellation policy?
